Refund and Returns Policy
Our puppy refund and returns policy is as follows:
DEPOSIT: The deposit of $200 to reserve a puppy is non-refundable. We can apply the deposit to a different puppy than the one reserved if needed.
Health Guarantee
- A one-year limited guarantee against hip dysplasia and heart murmurs, or any life-threatening genetic on congenital health of the puppy. If Nuvet Health Products are used we will extend the health guarantee to 2 years.
- NuVet Guidelines
- Due to all the varying kinds of food and different environmental conditions, the puppies come in contact with and the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time
to mature, we use highly recommended NuVet Plus immune system builder to help pets maintain optimal health. We are so confident NuVet Plus will benefit your new puppy; we will provide a 2-year health guarantee. - To qualify for the health guarantee, you must give your new puppy NuVet Plus, using the manufacturer’s recommended daily dosage for the entire 2-year guaranteed period. Failure to do so makes this guarantee extension null and void. We also highly recommend you continue to give your pet NuVet Plus beyond the guarantee period to promote optimal health for a lifetime.
- Puppy verifies general health conditions the buyer must notify the seller promptly after such a condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. A signed copy from the vet must be submitted to the seller within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. (330) 275-4232
- This guarantee is for a replacement puppy and not for returned money.
- Should this happen that the buyer returns the puppy to Maple Creek Puppies due to defects, the buyer must cover all transportation costs.
- Once the puppy has left the sellers’ premises responsibility is limited to genetic or congenital health concerns only.
- Accidents, panic, injury, improper feeding, sickness, or improper treatment of any kind are not covered.
